As a member of the Utah Rental Housing Association, we use standard forms provided by the Association.

Rental Application
Be sure to read the rental criteria before filling out an application.  You can download a copy of the rental application here or here and send the completed form to manager@myhomerentalproperties.com.  Each prospective tenant age 18 and older is required to complete a separate application.

Fees due at time of application are as follows:

$40 non-refundable application fee for each applicant age 18 or older.  This fee covers the cost of background and credit checks.

$1900 security deposit.  If the application is denied, the security deposit will be returned.  If the application is accepted, the security deposit is refundable at the end of tenancy.

Applications are processed one at a time on a first-come first-served basis.

Lease Agreement
Our standard lease agreement can be found here.  Specific minor terms in this document may be customized, but key points always include:

Payments must be made on time

Tenant pays for all utilities

Tenant maintains house and yard
