- Tenant is required to provide landlord at least 30 days’ notice of lease termination (lease ends on the last day of the month).
- Tenant must contact utilities to cancel service on move-out date or as otherwise negotiated with landlord.
- Tenant is required to return property to move-in condition less normal wear and tear. (Go here for more information about return of security deposit.)
- Landlord will schedule a final inspection at tenant’s convenience. We recommend an additional preliminary walk-through to prevent last-minute disagreements about the condition of the property.
