1. Tenant is required to provide landlord at least 30 days’ notice of lease termination (lease ends on the last day of the month).
  2. Tenant must contact utilities to cancel service on move-out date or as otherwise negotiated with landlord.
  3. Tenant is required to return property to move-in condition less normal wear and tear. (Go here for more information about return of security deposit.)
  4. Landlord will schedule a final inspection at tenant’s convenience. We recommend an additional preliminary walk-through to prevent last-minute disagreements about the condition of the property.
